Arena shooters (Quake/Unreal Tournament) are also dead.

I guess this is a sub genre, and there's an ongoing discussion as to whether multiplayer Halo (or its variants, see: Splitgate) count. I'm of the opinion they don't.

Arena shooters are, in my humble opinion, primarily designed around FFA without regenerating health, and only weapon pickups. If that makes me a dirty purist, then so be it.

All said, it'd be cool to have classic Arena Shooters back in one way or another.
