There's still so much content that you don't have to watch it if it doesn't interest you. See how I complained about fighting stuff above? I just don't watch that stuff. While I've made a comment about it here, I don't go onto those videos and whine "Ugh, another fighting video??"
Catan is a classic, though there are heaps of better more modern games (can I recommend Concordia). I still don't mind playing it every now and then in certain situations, but generally there are plenty of other great games.
I assume Abby doesn't necessarily intending offence, but Jesus, she must know that saying 'hewwo' as East Asian-adjacent is a broad racial slur playing on the stereotyped difficulty of some non-English speakers of r, l, and w. As someone who rightly speaks on representation issues, this is extremely hypocritical.
I say 'assume' because Abby has consistently shown herself as being low-key dismissive of racial issues. It may not be a principle agenda for her (and, really, I'm not expecting it to be) but there's a real stink of purposeful ignorance.
I read this comment before I saw that section of the video. I think you are reading way too much into this. I interpreted it as a cutesy kawaii babyish voice done off the cuff.
I took more umbrage with the dingo ate the baby joke (because, while a cultural trope, it is something that happened)
I'm not one to speak because I'm a white dude, but I didn't read anything into what Abby did and the rant on 'purposeful ignorance' is a bit much.
