    Overview

Library of Ruina is the second game released by Korean development team Project Moon. The game immediately follows from the events of Lobotomy Corporation, though now the gameplay focuses on a deck-building combat system instead of facility management.

The game was originally released for PC via Steam Early Access on May 15, 2020. Its full release on August 10, 2021 was accompanied by an Xbox One release. A version with updated music and graphics, as well as a Japanese dub, was released for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on April 25, 2024. This updated version was published by Arc System Works.

    Story

Following the dissolution of Lobotomy Corporation, Angela converted the facility into a library. An independent Fixer named Roland finds his way to the Library uninvited and is nearly killed by Angela, only for her to instead hire him as the Library's receptionist, to intercept and fight any who enter the Library.

Angela then begins sending invitations throughout the City, luring them to the Library with the promise of knowledge and treasure if they can survive. Should they fail, the invitees instead get turned into books for the Library's collection, with Angela hoping that this will allow her to some day find "the perfect book".
